We are located in the sunny beautiful Okanagan Valley located near Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada; not far from Vancouver. We breed amazing, unique, adorable baby doll faced Yorkshire Terriers in teacup and standard sizes. We have been breeding Yorkies for over 20 years. We have the look that is highly desirable in the Yorkie world today. Our Yorkies will melt your heart. We have some amazing puppies available now.

We have the right to cancel a sale at anytime if we feel uncomfortable with the new puppy buyer or if the transaction has turned unpleasent in anyway,. This should be a happy comfortable time not stressful or demanding from either parties, a good relationship between breeder and buyer is at most important if either feels uncomfortable it’s best to not continue the transaction. We place our puppies with PHOTOS ONLY if we can get a video we will post one however not on demand. If you would like more photos we have no problem getting you a few more. A Non-Refundable Deposit of $1000 will reserve you a spot for picking a puppy or will reserve a puppy until payment is due in full. I chart and price the puppies at approx.. 6-8 weeks of age. This is when clients pick their puppies in the order deposits are received they may pass at this time if the puppy is not what they are wanting or if the puppy is not in their budget. Clients must decide on a puppy the day photos and pricing are done as other clients are waiting to pick their puppy too. It is not set in stone that you have to take a puppy before knowing the price or appearance of the puppies. Our puppies come with a 1yr health guarantee and a strict spay/neuter agreement. All our yorkie puppies come with a health certificate by our vet prior to leaving. No breeding rights on our puppies pet only homes.
