Purchaser_______________________________ agrees to Spay/Neuter their new puppy before the puppy reaches the age of 6 months of age.

 Purchaser agrees to supply FC's Precious Yorkies (Judy Dostal) with a veterinarian's letter as proof of a spay/neuter.

If Purchaser fails to Spay/Neuter this puppy and  fails to  provide proof to FC's Precious Yorkies by the time the puppy is 7 months of age, rights

 and ownership of the puppy will automatically be terminated and  puppy will go back to FC's Precious Yorkies (Judy Dostal) who may

 immediately assume possession of the puppy with no refund to the purchaser. Purchaser will be responsible for any and all fees incurred

 (attorney, court costs, filing, travel, shipping cost for puppy, etc.) in the safe recovery of returning the puppy to FC's Precious Yorkies.
