purchasing a Yorkie puppy

The
new puppy that you are purchasing is guaranteed healthy and free of
communicable diseases at the time you take possession. The purchaser must have the
puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of the
Arrival, We must be informed immediately of the examination result by fax or
email, Failure to do this contract will be void
If the puppy, within 48 hours after the buyer takes possession, is found by a
licensed veterinarian with a communicable disease, We then must Receive a
written statement from your licensed veterinarian explaining the Communicable
disease the pup has, The breeder then agrees to Replace the puppy, upon return
of the first puppy (uninjured or harmed) and registration papers returned to
the breeder. A Replacement will be given only upon receipt of the
report from a licensed veterinarian. All expenses incurred medical or
otherwise, are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping expenses are
never refunded.
We do not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or
environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care.
Therefore we do not guarantee against Hypoglycaemia, Parasites, Viral or
Bacterial Infections. Puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours from date and
time of arrival against infectious diseases such as parvo, corona, or distemper
(Excluding Kennel Cough)
Your
new puppy is guaranteed to be free from
congenital defects making him suitable as a pet for 1 year from the date
of birth. If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital
defects you must supply us within 7 days of diagnosis with your veterinarian's
written report. We do not Guarantee against Patella’s this can be self
inflicted caused by a traumatic injury and not congenital, we also don’t
Guarantee against tracheas as this also can be self inflicted by to much
pressure on the tracheas, or retained baby teeth. If in a case the puppy
dies before 1yr of age an autopsy must be performed in order to state the cause
of death as being a congenital defect, The puppy would then be replaced with
one of equal value and same sex and quality as soon as available. An
exchange will be given only upon receipt of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) and
the report from a licensed veterinarian. The breeder is not
responsible for any expenses incurred medical or otherwise. Any
shipping expenses for returning first puppy or sending the new puppy would
be at the buyer's expense no exceptions.
Worming
and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis
or contract is void. We can only estimate your puppy’s size so we cannot
Guarantee your puppies maturity weight or size.
We
require a $1000 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to hold/reserve a puppy. Payment
can be made by bank wire, email money transfer, Money Grams, or Pay Pal, we do not accept personal
cheques. Shipping is not included in
purchase price. We must receive payment in full 2
weeks prior to pick up or 2 weeks
prior to puppy turning 12 weeks of age.
IF
ONE OF OUR PUPPIES IS PLACED WITH SHOW CONTRACT, PUPPIES PRODUCED FROM FC’S
PREICOUS YORKIES PUPPY MUST ONLY BE
PLACED IN PET HOMES AND HAVE BEEN SPAYED/NEUTERED BY THE AGE OF 6 MONTHS NO
EXCEPTIONS! UNLESS THEY FINISH
THEIR CHAMPION TITLE BEFORE BEING USED IN A BREEDING PROGRAM. (THERE WILL BE A
PENALTY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT) PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE SIGNING.
